Organization: The Organisation Harley's Fine Baking (https://www.harleys.com/), is a European style patisserie (premium cake selling company) created by an IIM professor to disrupt the cake and coffee market, established to spread bonafide taste of the streets of Manhattan across the world. Brought into the world from a love for baking, the desire to create a meeting place that serves delicious food with a warm rustic environment. The Organization offers a full scope of Breads, morning merchandise, cakes, baked and savoury goods. Currently the team size is of about 200+ people with more than 15+ outlets across Hyderabad, along with a plan of opening 100+ new outlets across Mumbai, Goa, Vijayawada, Bangalore, Chennai scaling up to 1000+ people over the next years.

Designation: Recruitment Executive / Specialist (Corporate, Sales & Operations Hiring)

Work Location: Nanakramguda (Hyderabad, Telangana) - Corporate Office (with Pan India recruitment coverage for Outlets/Stores)

Qualification: Bachelor's / master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: Minimum

2+ year in end-to-end recruitment for

corporate, sales, and retail operations roles (preferably in Retail, FMCG, QSR, Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry). Experience in bulk hiring, volume hiring for stores/outlets and frontline manpower recruitment will be a strong advantage.

Salary: Upto 40K per month (Negotiable)

Job Brief: The

Recruitment Executive/Specialist will be responsible for driving the end-to-end hiring process for Harley's Fine Baking across corporate roles, sales functions, and store-level operations staff. This role involves partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs, building effective sourcing strategies, and ensuring timely hiring to support business growth and expansion across Pan India outlets. The individual will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and onboarding the right talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and alignment with Harley's brand values.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage

end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding).*
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand workforce plans and hiring requirements.*
Drive

corporate, sales, and retail operations hiring across Pan India outlets and stores.*
Execute

bulk and volume hiring drives for store staff (frontline, operations, customer service, etc.).*
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, headhunting, and campus drives.*
Build and maintain a

talent pipeline for recurring roles in operations and sales.*
Manage recruitment dashboards, reports, and hiring metrics for business leadership.*
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during the hiring process.*
Partner with HR team for smooth onboarding and orientation of new hires.*

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of

recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.*
Proven experience in

corporate, sales, and frontline operations hiring.*
Hands-on expertise with

job portals (Naukri, indeed, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media hiring.*
Experience in

bulk hiring drives and walk-in interviews.*
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.*
Ability to manage multiple requisitions under tight timelines.*

Desired Skills:

Experience in recruitment for

retail chains, QSR, FMCG, or food & beverage industry.*
Knowledge of

HRMS/ATS tools for managing recruitment workflows.*
Exposure to

employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.*
Understanding of

recruitment analytics and dashboards.*
