to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various open positions across departments. You will play a key role in helping the organization attract and hire top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements and develop job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
Post job openings on job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
Source potential candidates using various channels including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), referrals, and databases.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the candidate database.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Assist in organizing recruitment drives or job fairs when required.
Prepare reports on hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Good understanding of various sourcing techniques.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in [IT/Non-IT/Manufacturing/BFSI/etc.] recruitment.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
