Your responsibilities include:
Manage and organise smooth interviews for candidates.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs.
Oversee recruitment and be the main contact for candidates and hiring managers. Improve
the recruitment process for efficiency.
Conduct Interviews coordinate with operations teams for recruitment alignment.
Source and expand our candidate pool through online platforms and social networking.
Screen and Review resumes and conduct phone screenings. Give helpful feedback to
candidates for a positive experience.
Manage onboarding and Guide new hires for a smooth start. Work with HR and teams for
a better onboarding experience.
Source business opportunities and engage with clients for potential opportunities.
Collaborate with hiring managers and build strong relationships to understand staffing
needs. Help with workforce planning and solve staffing challenges.
Qualifications:
• English Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with confidence in persuasion and convening discussions.
• Technical Requirements : Personal laptop required; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
• Target-Oriented : Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets.
• Interpersonal Skills : Strong relationship-building abilities with candidates and team members.
• Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze recruitment metrics for process improvement.
