What You'll Do
Source and hire qualified freelance teachers across subjects.
Screen resumes & conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate onboarding and maintain teacher records.
Ensure timely hiring to meet teaching demand.
What We're Looking For
Graduate (MBA/HR preferred) with
2-4 years of recruitment experience
.
Prior experience in
EdTech, education, or freelance hiring
is a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable with remote hiring tools & databases.
