Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies.
Maintain effective communication with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
Coordinate with client HR teams or hiring managers to understand job requirements and company culture.
Collect and process candidate documentation and facilitate onboarding processes.
Keep detailed records of recruitment activities in ATS or HRMS.
Assist in promoting employer branding initiatives through social media and other platforms.
Provide regular updates to clients regarding candidate pipelines and recruitment status.
Support administrative tasks related to recruitment and HR processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 0 to 1 year in recruitment or freshers looking for a career in hiring.
Graduate in any discipline, preferably HR, Business Administration, or Psychology.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of job portals and social media recruiting tools.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in recruitment.
Ability to handle candidate and client interactions professionally.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
