Understand job requirements from hiring managers/clients
Source candidates through Job Portals, LinkedIn, References, and Social Media
Screen resumes and shortlist relevant profiles
Conduct telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability
Schedule interviews with clients/hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates for joining and documentation
Support bulk hiring and lateral recruitment as required
Coordinate offer roll-out and post-offer engagement
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment cycle
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
Ability to manage multiple positions at a time
Target-oriented and proactive approach
Education
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
MBA HR preferred but not mandatory
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
