Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and agencies Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates Conduct initial HR telephonic screening Schedule interviews with hiring managers Coordinate interview rounds and feedback Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker Draft and post job ads on different platforms
