We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Recruitment Executive

to support our hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and assisting in end-to-end recruitment activities. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding. Post job advertisements on various platforms and maintain updated listings. Screen CVs and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Conduct initial phone screenings and assist in evaluating applicants. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with applicants. Assist in preparing job descriptions and recruitment documents. Support HR in new employee onboarding and orientation activities. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Recruitment Executive, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks and work under tight timelines. Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking tools. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
