Key Responsibilities:
Handle the
end-to-end recruitment process
including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Understand client and internal hiring requirements and build suitable talent pipelines.
Manage recruitment through
job portals, social media, references, and networking

Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment reports regularly.
Achieve
monthly and quarterly hiring targets
within defined timelines.
Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
Support employer branding and candidate engagement activities.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in recruitment (agency or corporate).
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
For Freshers / Interns:
Enthusiastic individuals with a passion for HR and recruitment.
Internship duration: 3-6 months (with performance-based full-time opportunity).
Training and mentorship will be provided.
