We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end hiring processes. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to meet the company's staffing needs, ensuring the right talent is recruited within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Understand manpower requirements from different departments and hiring managers.
Create and post job descriptions on job portals, social media, and other platforms.
Source candidates through databases, networking, headhunting, referrals, and job boards.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate candidate communication.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment drives.
Manage and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor laws.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Recruitment Executive/Recruiter (agency or corporate).
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
