Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle the complete recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, interviews & closures.
Work on multiple requirements with tight deadlines.
Strong in headhunting, social media hiring & networking.

Build & maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Coordinate with stakeholders & ensure timely closures.
Working with organisations to develop a recruitment plan.

Executing recruitment plans efficiently.

Drafting and posting job descriptions.

Interviewing candidates.

Preparing job offers.

Networking with various institutions and social media.

HR Recruiter Requirements:

Bachelor's in human resources.

MBA preferred.

Excellent communication skills.

Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).

Excellent record keeping.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
