Graduation from a technical background (BE/B.Tech/ BCA/ BSc IT) preferred.
Review the job description; understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirements.
Detailed analysis of the (JD) to understand the requirements thoroughly.
Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal databases, social media, etc.
Participate in unit, system, and user acceptance testing .
Scheduling, coordination, and ownership of end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Submitting the candidate's resume to the hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration.
Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature.
Engage regularly on an ongoing basis with the candidates through email, voice & and video calls.
Should have work experience or good knowledge in recruitment consultancies.
Excellent English Communication Skills - written and verbal, convincing skills, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment.
Good Knowledge of IT Technologies.
