Responsibilities
Strategy and sourcing: Develop recruitment strategies, identify candidates through job sites, professional networks, and social media, and participate in recruitment events.
Screening and interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate a candidate's skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Offer and onboarding: Prepare and present job offers, and provide guidance to hiring managers and interviewers.
Relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with universities and other educational institutions.
Administration and reporting: Maintain the recruitment database, track recruitment metrics, and stay updated on recruitment trends.

Pay: ₹9,866.02 - ₹27,907.14 per month
