Job Description

As a Recruitment Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our company's growth by managing the full lifecycle of recruitment for both our in-house positions and our valued clients. You will be the key link between talented candidates and exciting career opportunities, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for everyone involved.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer placement. Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, networking). Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs. Foster long-term relationships with both candidates and clients. Ensure a smooth, communicative, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Prepare and present daily and weekly recruitment activity reports to management.

What We're Looking For (Requirements):

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as a Recruiter (experience with both IT and Non-IT hiring is a significant plus). Hands-on experience with popular job portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple open requirements simultaneously. A positive, proactive attitude and a team-player mentality.

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
