Should have at least 2 years of experience in recruiting (non-IT), preferably in the service industry.
Should have excellent networking skills and be able to develop long-term contacts in the industry who can help in referring candidates.
Experience in head-hunting will be desirable.
Should have good communication skills and fluent in English and local languages
