Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive

Recruitment Specialist

with strong experience in

end-to-end Non-IT hiring

. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for Non-IT roles across departments such as Production, Purchase, Accounts, HR, Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, etc. Source candidates through Job Portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, references, and offline channels. Screen resumes, shortlist profiles, and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Conduct HR telephonic screening and initial assessments. Coordinate interview rounds, maintain candidate communication, and manage follow-ups. Maintain recruitment trackers, weekly reports, and database management. Handle offer negotiation and onboarding coordination. Work closely with internal teams to understand manpower requirements and job specifications. Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR / Management or related field.

2-3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment

(mandatory). Strong knowledge of hiring for manufacturing/industrial roles preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. Ability to work under timelines and deliver high-quality candidates.
