We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented
Female Recruitment Associate
to join our specialized team catering to a leading
Logistics company based in Germany
. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we find the right talent to keep global supply chains moving.
This is a critical role that requires a blend of professional maturity, excellent English communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Sourcing & Headhunting:
Identify and attract top-tier professionals for the German logistics sector using LinkedIn, international job boards, and internal databases.
Stakeholder Management:
Coordinate with German hiring managers to understand technical requirements and cultural fit.
Candidate Screening:
Conduct initial screenings and behavioral interviews to assess communication skills and core competencies.
Pipeline Management:
Manage a high-volume candidate pipeline, ensuring a seamless experience from the first call to onboarding.
Compliance & Coordination:
Handle interview scheduling across different time zones and ensure all documentation meets the client's standards.
Reporting:
Maintain real-time updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide weekly hiring metrics to the management.
Qualifications & Criteria
Gender:
Female (As per project requirement).
Experience:
Minimum
1 year of core recruitment experience
(Agency or Corporate). Experience in international hiring or the logistics industry is a major plus.
Education:
Graduate in any stream (HR specialization preferred).
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written English skills
are non-negotiable, as you will be dealing with international client.
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Outlook) and experience with ATS platforms like Taleo, Greenhouse, or Workday.
