Role Overview:

We are seeking a

Recruitment Executive

to manage end-to-end hiring for various departments. The ideal candidate will source, screen, and interview candidates while ensuring a seamless recruitment process and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and identify candidates through job portals, social media, and networking channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist candidates. Coordinate interviews with department heads and provide feedback. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings. Assist in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives. Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports for HR management. Ensure a smooth and professional recruitment process for all candidates.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or fast-paced industries. Knowledge of job portals, ATS, and recruitment tools. Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage recruitment priorities effectively.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
