His/her responsibilities include identifying current and future hiring needs, advertising job openings online and designing employee referral programs while working closely with the department heads. Reporting directly to the Head of HR/Corporate team. He/she will ensure source mix is maintained to meet quality vs budgets.
Primary Responsibility
:
Creation of JDs, gather resource requirements, manage end-to-end recruitment tasks, on-boarding, and induction.
Prepare and publish Management reports as per agreed timelines
Liaise with Business on scheduled/unscheduled recruitment needs and ensuring open positions are run in line with approved manpower plans
Manage niche as well as volume hiring efforts
Source candidates from multiple sources, liaising with internal or external consultants and ensuring no duplication of work
Create and post recruitment advertising on both internal and external job boards, newspapers, industry magazines & social media as per the agreed process
Screen job applications in line with requirements and responding to candidates in a timely and professional manner
Schedule interviews with potential candidates
Interview and test candidates using standard competency-based recruitment model
Ensure compliance and hiring managers sign off on candidates
Coordinate with the Administration team to facilitate On-boarding of employees
Manage induction of new employees
Lead implementation of a strong recruitment system and process
Pro-active in suggesting alternative course of action
Manage vendors and relationships vis-a-vis recruitment activities

Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements
A graduate of Human Resources or any related degree
At least 2-8 years experience with about 1-2 years in recruitment or allied activities
High degree of proficiency in MS Office functions and experience in using HRIS will be advantageous
9 hours daily shift and 2 Saturdays week off with 2 Saturdays working
