Role Overview:

We are hiring a

Recruiter Executive

to handle the end-to-end hiring process for

IB subject teachers

and

administrative/operations staff

. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a passion for education recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and recruit qualified IB subject teachers and admin/operations personnel. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with internal stakeholders for further evaluation. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate records. Handle onboarding and ensure smooth joining processes. Collaborate with the team to forecast hiring needs. Work 6 days a week, including weekends, as per organizational requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. 1-2 years of recruitment experience preferred (freshers welcome with strong communication skills). Knowledge of educational hiring or IB curriculum is a plus. Proficient in sourcing and interviewing. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
