Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented
HR Recruitment Executive
with exposure to
Health Insurance, TPAs, or Insurance Broker hiring
. The role involves managing bulk and lateral hiring for operations, medical, call center, sales support, and insurance-related roles.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for roles related to Health Insurance, TPAs, Brokers, Call Centers, Medical Coordination, and Operations.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and industry networks.
Screen resumes and conduct
initial HR interviews
to assess role suitability and industry relevance.
Coordinate with business heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and turnaround timelines.
Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage offer rollouts.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
Support onboarding and documentation formalities for selected candidates.
Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining hiring quality.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Graduate/Post-graduate in
HR, Business Administration, or related field
.
Prior experience in
Health Insurance / TPA / Broker recruitment
will be highly preferred.
Understanding of insurance domain roles, terminologies, and hiring challenges.
Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle
volume hiring
and multiple requirements simultaneously.
Knowledge of job portals and basic HR recruitment tools.
Freshers with strong interest in insurance recruitment may also apply.
