Sourcing:
Find candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screening & Interviewing:
Review applications, conduct initial interviews (phone/video), assess skills and cultural fit, and coordinate with hiring teams.
Candidate Management:
Maintain databases, manage communication, provide feedback, and ensure a positive experience.
Offer & Onboarding:Negotiate offers, handle documentation (contracts, letters), and facilitate smooth onboarding.
A Recruitment Executive manages the full hiring lifecycle, from understanding needs with managers to extending offers, focusing on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding talent using various channels, ensuring quality hires, maintaining databases, and fostering positive candidate experiences for specialized roles or general staffing.
