Job Description

Key Responsibilities

:
Utilize various channels (job boards, social media like LinkedIn, company database,

referrals) to identify and attract potential candidates.

Craft and send compelling outreach messages to passive and active candidates.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future job openings.

Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, salary

expectations, and cultural fit.

Review and analyze resumes against client job requirements.

Present shortlisted candidates and their profiles to senior recruiters or managers.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Assist in the preparation of interview guides and candidate summaries.

Collect and manage candidate documentation (resumes, certifications, etc.).

Update candidate statuses in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and

timeliness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
