Key Responsibilities:



Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Proactively source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media platforms, internal referrals, Job Posting & Advertising: Create and manage job postings across various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) to attract potential candidates. Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes and applications to assess candidates qualifications and suitability for roles. Conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist candidates. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process. Candidate Management: Provide an excellent candidate experience by maintaining regular communication and managing expectations. Offer Management: Assist in the preparation and extension of job offers to successful candidates, including salary negotiations and other terms. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidates for open positions. Compliance: Ensure that recruitment practices comply with company policies. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, salary expectations, and competitive hiring practices to attract top talent.
