Understand client manpower requirements and shortlist relevant candidates through portals, references, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and evaluate candidates based on job criteria.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and follow up until final selection & joining.
Build strong professional relationships with candidates and clients for long-term hiring needs.
Assist in generating job descriptions and posting on portals and social media platforms.
Support in offer negotiation, salary discussion, and documentation process.
Required Skills:
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, email drafting & job portals (Naukri / Indeed / LinkedIn)
Good understanding of recruitment life cycle
Target-oriented and proactive attitude
