Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across industries.
Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, databases, and referrals.
Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule client interviews.
Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
0-1 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri, etc.).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
