Roles & Responsibilities:-



Making & Specification in detail. Job posting on different portals. Screening resumes and applications. Sourcing candidates from various portals. Reach to candidates by sending messages weekly on LinkedIn. Coordinating with candidates for interview scheduling. Follow up on the interview process status with departmental managers. Coordinating with recruitment agencies for staff requirements. Maintaining candidates data sheet. Taking First round of interview. Managing master-roll and fetching monthly data from attendance management system.

Reporting to:-

HR Executive

Educational Qualification: -

Any Commerce Graduates, BBA or MBA in HR will be added advantage

Required Skills:-



Very good communication skills, he or she must be possess interpersonal skills, Ethical decision making skill, Management skill, strategic human resource management skill, good amount of knowledge about HR functions and HRIS

Work Experience:-

Minimum 1 years of experience required

(Male Candidate Preferred)



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?20,000.00 per month
