Job Description

Sourcing and Screening:

Identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.

Candidate Assessment:

Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and conducting in-person interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and experience.

Communication and Relationship Building:

Acting as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing them with information about the organization and the role, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.

Offer Negotiation:

Negotiating salaries, benefits, and other terms of employment with selected candidates.

Process Management:

Ensuring that the entire recruitment process is compliant with legal and ethical standards, maintaining accurate records, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generating reports on recruitment activities, tracking key metrics, and providing insights to improve the recruitment process.

Employer Branding:

Contributing to the organization's employer brand by showcasing its culture and values to potential candidates.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
