Requirements:
Ability to relocate to Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Exceptional fluency
in English language (writing, speaking, and reading)
Any graduate degree with strong English language proficiency

and candidates with up to 2-3 years of recruitment/HR experience welcome
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and social media recruitment tools
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Technologically adept with willingness to learn new recruitment software
Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat and other parts of India
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work with diverse industries and understand varied job requirements

Responsibilities:
Managing full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding
Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and direct headhunting
Screening applications, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidate suitability
Building and maintaining robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Coordinating with multiple departments to understand specific hiring requirements
Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Maintaining accurate candidate databases and recruitment records in ATS
Conducting reference checks, background verification, and documentation
Negotiating salary packages and issuing offer letters to selected candidates
Providing professional and empathetic communication to non-selected candidates
Attending job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and networking events
Preparing regular recruitment reports and updates for management
Staying updated with current recruitment trends, tools, and best practices
Communicating timelines, priorities, and deadlines effectively to team members
Collaborating with leadership to align recruitment strategies with organisational goals
