Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and own network
Share relevant candidate profiles as per company requirements
Coordinate interviews between candidates and the HR team
Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates till joining
Maintain basic candidate data and status updates
Adhere to company hiring guidelines and timelines
Requirements:
Prior experience in recruitment, HR consulting, or talent acquisition (preferred)
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
Access to sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, etc.)
Basic understanding of hiring processes
Compensation:
Attractive commission per successful joining
No fixed salary; performance-based earnings

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
