This role involves extensive fieldwork, visiting colleges, job fairs, property exhibitions, and local markets to identify and recruit potential candidates for our sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, attract, and recruit sales executives, real estate agents, and field staff for various real estate projects.
Conduct field visits to potential recruitment sources such as colleges, job fairs, and local business hubs.
Build and maintain a network of candidates and external recruitment partners
Achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
Promote the company's brand and culture to potential candidates in the field.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
0-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in real estate or sales-oriented industries.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
Must be comfortable with fieldwork and frequent travel.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
