HR Recruiter
for our Calicut branch who is proficient in
English and Hindi
, possesses excellent communication skills, and is adept in
Microsoft Office

Canva
.
Job Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and select candidates to fulfill recruitment requirements.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in creating
job advertisements and marketing materials
using Canva.
Support daily office operations, including record-keeping, documentation, and scheduling.
Manage candidate databases and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Handle inquiries, provide updates to clients, and ensure smooth communication.
Contribute to the overall efficiency of the recruitment consultancy by performing administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Freshers can also apply
; prior experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in
English and Hindi
.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with
Canva
for creating visual materials is a plus.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in
overseas recruitment
is an added advantage.
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday,
9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
