Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Screening
Source candidates through job portals, social media, field sourcing, and referrals.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on Singapore employer requirements.
Conduct preliminary interviews and skill assessments.
Maintain an updated database of potential candidates for different job categories.
Client Coordination
Understand manpower requirements from Singapore employers or agents.
Share shortlisted profiles and arrange client interviews (online or face-to-face).
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding candidate status and feedback.
End-to-End Recruitment Operations
Handle candidate queries regarding salary, contract terms, job responsibilities, and policies.
Maintain timelines for mobilization and deployment.
Manage recruitment reports and trackers.
Communication & Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Resolve candidate issues professionally.
Ensure transparency and ethical recruitment practices.
Qualifications:
Minimum
1-3 years experience
in overseas / Singapore recruitment.
Strong understanding of Singapore work pass categories (
Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass
).
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of job portals/social recruitment methods.
Good negotiation, documentation, and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
