Be expected to manage the end-to-end recruitment process viz. sourcing, screening, shortlisting, profiling, scheduling, and coordinating for interviews and onboarding.
Be detail-oriented, highly skilled, and a team player.
Strategically headhunt for passive candidates through phone calls.
Follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process.
Possess a sense of urgency to manage and prioritize multiple requirements to meet deadlines.
Be self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to supporting clients and candidates.
Have the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Serve as an ambassador of our organization when you are reaching out candidates.
What you already have...
A bachelor's degree with relevant recruitment experience in corporate/executive search firms.
Good verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing skills and ability to handle diverse requirements.
Strong data analysis and stakeholder management skills.
