Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field Experience with employee engagement, human resources, and vendor management Experience with strategic sourcing, resume writing, and interview preparation Experience with staffing services, applicant tracking systems, and talent acquisition Experience with technical recruiting, benefits negotiation, and screening 7+ years of experience in operations and recruitment Experience in managing and leading recruitment teams Experience in working closely with client teams and internal recruitment teams to ensure YOY revenue growth Experience in developing recruiting and sales strategies to identify qualified IT professionals Experience in sales and full-life-cycle recruitment for various Fortune clients ###
