We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team. In this role, you will support the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and passionate about talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Communicate with candidates via email and phone to provide updates and respond to inquiries.
Post job openings on internal and external job boards and track responses.
Assist in screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Prepare and send offer letters and other employment-related documents.
Support the onboarding process in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience through timely and professional communication.
Assist with recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
Generate recruitment reports and metrics as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in a recruitment or HR support role is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever) is preferred.
