Job Description

The Recruitment Coordinator will provide critical support to our India Recruitment function, with a primary focus on recruitment operations and talent acquisition coordination. This role will assist in ensuring accurate documentation, timely candidate engagement, and structured execution of hiring activities across India. The individual will work closely with the India HR Generalist and Global HR Operations to drive efficiency, maintain

accurate HR systems, and support overall talent objectives in a high-growth region.





This position offers hands-on exposure to full-cycle recruitment, stakeholder management, HR systems (BambooHR), and external hiring partnerships.




ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES




Support recruitment coordination for the India region, submitting job req's for approval, postings job on the ATS, interview scheduling via Outlook, keeping the ATS up to date with process and notes, candidate communication, and collecting candidate documentation. Source candidates using job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn; conduct initial outreach and screening calls to assess fit and availability. Provide information as needed to external recruitment partners, track candidate submissions, and ensure timely
and quality updates from all parties involved.
Timely update recruitment-related data accurately on BambooHR and the Global Recruitment report, ensuring alignment with global HR Operations. Share candidate feedback with internal teams and recruiters in a timely and professional manner. Help Prepare offer letters, interview trackers, and other recruitment documentation in coordination with the India HR and Global HR Operations Analyst. Assist in onboarding coordination for new hires, including documentation collection, orientation logistics, follow-up on background checks, and first-day readiness. Track and maintain internal recruitment and HR compliance requirements, assisting with audit-related data collection and reporting. Support employee engagement efforts by helping organize internal HR events
and culture-building initiatives.
Collaborate with the global HR operations analyst to ensure data consistency and alignment across systems. Provide general administrative support to both the
local India HR and Global Operations.
Contribute to process improvements in HR operations Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.



EXPERIENCE




Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (completed or in progress). 0-1 year of experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or internship in a similar function. Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri) and basic sourcing techniques. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of responsiveness and professionalism. Organized, process-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. to any HRIS (especially BambooHR) is an advantage.
