Responsibilities:

A Coordinator primarily assists the team, focusing mostly on managing interview schedules and the distribution of any documentation.

You must also be able to work closely with the team to assess the progress of the department.

The Coordinator may also be required to produce reports on progress within the department.

Create and manage new job postings

Check applicant tracking system daily for new applications; review and share candidate applications

Facilitate candidate testing and assessments

Book conference and video interview facilities

Manage calendar invitations and send logistics details to event attendees

Help manage recruiting interview days

Track and report all candidate information and ensure that data is properly maintained

1.Should be able to handle pressure
2. High levels of social perceptiveness and customer service
3. Should have good knowledge of Basic Computer, Good hold on applications like MS-Office and MS-excel.
4.You must be fluent in English to a very high standard and possess strong communication skills, as liaison with clients, candidates and colleagues is a large focus within the job.
5.Able to compose written documents in the format that suits different audiences
6.Makes a strong positive impression through a persuasive and confident approach verbally and in writing
7.Develops a service strategy for the department/branch to build long term relationship with external & Internal Customers
8. Excellent communication skills: written and verbal

Job Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Working days 6 days (2nd and 4th Saturday off)
