Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator.
Location : Newtown.
Employment Type : Full Time.
Key Responsibilities :-
Source and identify potential candidates through job boards, professional networks, and other relevant platforms, aligning candidate profiles with current organizational requirements.
Review and analyze resumes to detect relevant skills, experience, and keywords that match open positions.
Screen and shortlist suitable candidates, ensuring alignment with job specifications and organizational standards.
Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate records and smooth tracking of the recruitment process.
Verify candidate information, assess credibility, and manage all necessary documentation in compliance with company policies.
Keep applicants informed and engaged throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, building and maintaining strong professional relationships during the selection process.
Reach out to potential candidates and guide them through IT-based Knowledge Transfer Programs, supporting internal hiring initiatives and building a strong talent pipeline.
Qualifications and Requirements:-
? Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Any Stream).
Skills:
? MS Word, MS Excel, and Internet Surfing knowledge (Basic).
? Good communication in the English language, both verbal and written
? Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
? High-energy and passion
Salary:-
? CTC -1, 80,000.
? Incentives based upon your performance.
? We provide travelling allowance.
? No pick-and-drop will be provided.
Duty Hours & Shifts
? Night Shift (8:30 PM - 5:30 AM).
? Monday - Friday.
