About the Role:



We are a growing recruitment firm looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our team with end-to-end recruitment coordination. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and regularly update

MIS

(Management Information System) and recruitment trackers. Share shortlisted candidate profiles with clients via email and track feedback/follow-up. Coordinate with selected candidates for: Pre-offer formalities Collection of resignation letters from current employers Pre-joining documentation (ID proofs, salary slips, educational docs, etc.) Regular follow-ups till the candidate's joining date Liaise with internal recruiters for status updates. Provide timely status reports to management. Ensure smooth communication and coordination throughout the recruitment cycle.

Requirements:



Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and email communication. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good written and verbal communication in English. Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree Knowledge of ATS or CRM tools is an added advantage
