Recruitment Coordinator
to join our growing team in Cochin. This role is ideal for individuals who have excellent coordination skills, strong follow-up habits, and a passion for helping candidates find the right opportunities. Freshers with strong communication and conversion skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing & Screening
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and direct outreach.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and client expectations.
Maintain a well-organized database of potential candidates for various job roles.
Interview Coordination
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients or internal panels.
Ensure smooth communication between all parties involved in the interview process.
Follow up for interview feedback and ensure timely updates are shared with candidates.
Communication & Conversion
Engage effectively with candidates to explain job opportunities and clarify doubts.
Persuade and guide shortlisted candidates to complete documentation and prepare for interviews.
Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates to ensure high conversion rates.
Client & Internal Coordination
Work closely with the recruitment team, documentation team, and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Support recruitment campaigns and special hiring drives as required.
Documentation Support
Guide candidates in collecting and submitting necessary documents for verification and processing.
Ensure proper record-keeping in digital folders and internal systems.
Reporting & Updates
Maintain daily activity logs and share regular updates with the team lead or reporting manager.
Assist in preparing recruitment progress reports when required.
Support for Overseas Recruitment
Coordinate with candidates selected for overseas jobs regarding documentation, training schedules, and visa formalities.
Liaise with internal departments handling Prometric exam training, language training, and travel support.
What We're Looking For:
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in coordination, telecalling, or recruitment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (Malayalam, English; Hindi is a plus).
Confidence in speaking with job seekers and clients.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Positive attitude, quick learner, and team player.
Passion to grow in the recruitment or HR field.
