We are looking for a high-energy Recruitment Coordinator who enjoys engaging with candidates, conducting cold calls, and supporting fast-paced Sales and GTM hiring. This role involves being the first point of contact for candidates and ensuring a smooth hiring journey from initial outreach to offer closure. It is well-suited for individuals who value speed, communication, and ownership, and who want to build a strong foundation in recruitment within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls and initial screening conversations with shortlisted candidates for Sales and GTM roles
  • Assess candidate communication skills, motivation, and role fit during screening discussions
  • Confidently pitch the role, career growth opportunities, and overall value proposition to candidates
  • Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
  • Act as a single point of contact to manage interview logistics, follow-ups, reminders, and rescheduling
  • Support offer discussions, candidate follow-ups, documentation, and pre-joining formalities
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and track interview progress and pipeline movement
  • Share regular updates and reports on screenings, interviews, and candidate status

  • Ability to sell an opportunity and create interest rather than only explaining job details
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple coordination tasks

  • MBA graduates, including freshers, with an interest in recruitment or sales hiring
  • Prior exposure to B2B SaaS hiring, ATS tools, or sales/GTM roles is an added advantage
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and eagerness to grow into a full-cycle recruiter role
