Position Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support our recruitment team. This role is perfect for individuals who excel at multitasking and have a passion for streamlining the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring availability and timely communication.
Candidate Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and answering queries.
Job Posting: Assist in posting job descriptions on various job boards and company platforms to attract qualified candidates.
Document Management: Handle the collection and organization of candidate documents, including resumes, cover letters, and application forms.
Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating with HR to ensure all necessary paperwork and pre-employment checks are completed.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.
Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on recruitment metrics, providing insights to the recruitment and HR teams.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment drives.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve recruitment coordination processes and enhance candidate experience.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to work under pressure.
