THE ROLE





We are seeking a motivated and organized

Recruiting Coordinator

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR support roles and will assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates. You will work closely with Senior Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless hiring process and maintain a positive candidate experience.

The role requires a collaborative, results-oriented recruitment professional who can balance multiple priorities and make decisions. A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.



Experience in a global, rapid, complex and ever-changing work environment with a high-volume workload is a must.



In addition this role requires someone to be dedicated to developing a strong, diverse, and collaborative organization, have a strong work ethic, a passion for managing the details within a growing global business and willing to contribute where/when necessary.




WHAT YOU WILL DO




Advertise job openings on various job boards and social media platforms. Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to source passive and active candidates such as web sourcing, Boolean searches, candidate referrals and social networking, etc. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications for a variety of skill and experience levels. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing guidance and ensuring a positive experience. Ensure compliance with legal and recruitment regulations. Work with the business, HR, and Compensation to determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates. Provide administrative support to the team support such as scheduling, updating reports, background investigations and/or other duties as assigned.



WHO YOU ARE




Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment or HR support role in a high-tech SaaS environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficient with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Understanding of legal and compliance requirements related to recruitment. Tech-savvy with familiarity with recruitment software. Attention to detail and meticulous organization skills are a must. Comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate resolutions Understands the "big picture" and can juggle many priorities Strong sense of urgency and drive to produce results.
