Shift Hours: Night Shift (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM or 7PM to 4PM)

Salary: 20,000 - 32,000 per month

Roles and responsibilities
Sourcing the candidate from various sources like job Portals, Database, references etc.
Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements
Foster long-term relationships with candidates
Willing to work on tight deadlines
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicant's abilities
Required Qualifications
MUST HAVE 0-3 years of experience in international recruitment
NOT looking for freshers or any professional with HR/ Domestic Recruitment/Customer Service/BP experience.
MUST live in Ahmedabad, we are not hiring anybody out of town/no relocation
Bachelor's Degree is preferred however the combination of education and experience will also be considered
Must have stability, long term goals and zeal to learn new things/technology
Strong desire to self-learn
Must have excellent English speaking skills
