Qualifications And Skills:

1 to 4 years of

experience in non-IT recruitment or a similar role from consultancy background.

Proven track record of successfully filling positions in various industries Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques Familiarity with different sourcing methods and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role Experience in using social media for recruitment Proficiency in resume screening and candidate assessment Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability, experience, and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate client interviews and manage the entire hiring process. Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and talent pipelines. Consult clients proactively on hiring strategies, talent availability, and market trends. Prepare and present shortlisted candidates with clear assessments and recommendations. Assist in salary negotiation, offer management, and candidate onboarding. Ensure a seamless and positive experience for both clients and candidates. Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's market presence. Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and competitor activities.
