Key Responsibilities
Understand client hiring requirements, job roles, and skill expectations
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (telephonic/video/face-to-face)
Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and clients
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Negotiate salary packages and manage offer closures
Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and clients
Maintain recruitment data and reports in ATS/Excel
Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Meet individual and team hiring targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, HR Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Executive
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good negotiation and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and ATS tools
Preferred Skills
Experience in consultancy or staffing firm
Industry specialization (IT, Non-IT, BFSI, Education, Healthcare, etc.)
Knowledge of labor laws and hiring compliance
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
