Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in identifying and attracting potential candidates through job boards, social media, and other sourcing techniques.
2. Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
3. Schedule and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates\' skills and cultural fit.
4. Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide candidate recommendations.
5. Manage the candidate database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
