About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Utilize MS Excel and MS Office to track, analyze, and report on recruitment data.
2. Communicate effectively with clients and candidates to understand their needs and expectations.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through effective interpersonal skills.
4. Apply sales techniques to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
5. Negotiate and secure the best deals for both clients and candidates.
6. Solve recruitment challenges by applying problem-solving skills to find solutions.
7. Assist in the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
