About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Lead the recruiting and staffing efforts for a small team of recruiters to acquire top talent for the Telecom industry
2. Download and file resume from Naukri, monster,Quikr and hotjobs.com
3. Build applicant sources by using the LinkedIn database to pool potential applicants for the program
4. Develop a SharePoint site for the Intern/Coop program and co-create a training/guide manual for the program
5. Maintain internal databases and job posts
6. Source candidates, qualify candidates, update database, and leverage LinkedIn and other social media sites to source candidates
